1. Overview

At My Dog and Me, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. This policy covers everything you need to know about how we ship across South Africa.


2. Where We Ship

We currently ship to all provinces within South Africa, including:

  • Gauteng
  • Western Cape
  • KwaZulu-Natal
  • Eastern Cape
  • Limpopo
  • Mpumalanga
  • North West
  • Free State
  • Northern Cape

We do not currently offer international shipping. This may change in future — sign up to our newsletter to stay updated.


3. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or remote area surcharges. My Dog and Me is not liable for delays caused by the courier.


5. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over R1150. The discount is applied automatically at checkout — no code needed.


6. Remote & Rural Areas

Deliveries to farms, smallholdings, or remote rural areas may take 1–3 additional business days and could attract a surcharge from our courier partner. If this applies to your area, we will contact you before dispatching your order.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery directly on our courier partner's website.

If you haven't received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@mydogandme.co.za.


8. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete at checkout. My Dog and Me is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@mydogandme.co.za — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.


9. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g. no one available to receive the parcel), the courier will typically leave a notification and attempt redelivery. After a second failed attempt, the parcel may be returned to us.

If your order is returned to us due to a failed delivery:

  • We will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping costs may apply)
  • Or we can issue a refund for the product value, excluding original shipping costs

10. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@mydogandme.co.za within 7 days so we can investigate and resolve the issue with our courier partner.
